Here is the two minute fix.

• html root/ index.html – delete
• html root/ index.php – restore from local backup
• mythemefolder/header.php – restore from local backup

Then.. change file permissions

• htaccess = 644 or 600 if server allows
• wp-config.php = 644 or 600 if server allows
