Is my information secure? 
Yes. using a secure server to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. We use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. 

When you enter your details, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it. For added security, credit card information is stored encrypted and deleted after processing. 

Warranties
All goods are covered against defects in manufacture for 12 months.  If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered we will replace them (subject to availability) or you may choose to have a full refund. We will give all refunds as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damage in Transit
If your goods have been damaged in transit to you please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. Damaged goods will be replaced.

Handling Complaints
We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep the consumer informed about progress.

Delivery Methods and Times
Our goods are delivered by Post or EPS

Goods will normally be dispatched between one and five days from receipt of order.

Payment Methods
Australia

Australian customers may pay by credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer and PayPal.

We accept payment on the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa. If you are paying by card we will debit your card on the day the goods are dispatched.

International
International customers may pay by credit/debit card and PayPal.  We can accept payment on the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa.  Where customers pay by card we will debit the card on the day the goods are dispatched. Orders will be charged in (AU) Australian Dollars and this will be converted to the customers' local currency by their own bank.

Sales Tax - G.S.T
Prices of goods include sales tax (where applicable).

International Tax and Duty
When goods are shipped to international countries we will deduct sales tax at the current rate. 

The purchaser is responsible for import duties and/or tax that may be levied by their own country.

International Shipping and Handling charges
Where a price does not include delivery, we will confirm the delivery cost before proceeding with payment processing.  We must receive your acceptance confirmation before we will proceed.

Validity of Terms
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
